Accounts pretending to be someone else, phishing attempts, or scams targeting users.
Users creating new accounts to get around a ban. Our anti-alt system detects most cases, but you can report suspected evasion.
Submit a report with details about the issue — who's involved, what happened, and any screenshots or message links you have.
Our team reviews the report, checks message logs, and gathers context. Reports involving minors are escalated immediately.
Depending on severity, actions include warnings, mutes, kicks, permanent bans, and IP/device bans. We may also report illegal activity to law enforcement.
